Plasma (Fibro) Blast is an advanced skin tightening treatment that uses a specialised plasma device to create controlled micro-trauma on the skin’s surface.
The device generates a small plasma arc just above the skin, causing targeted skin contraction and triggering the body’s natural healing response. This stimulates new collagen and elastin production, helping to tighten and rejuvenate the treated area.
It is often described as “soft surgery” because it delivers lifting results without surgical intervention.
Plasma (Fibro) Blast can improve:
• Upper and lower eyelid tightening (bags and hoods)
• Crow’s feet
• Forehead lines and frown lines (“11s”)
• Smoker’s lines around the mouth
• Marionette lines
• Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
• Jowl and jawline laxity
• Necklines and “turkey neck”
• Accordion lines around the mouth
• Acne scars
• Stretch marks
It is particularly effective for delicate facial areas where skin tightening is required.
The Plasma Pen delivers small, controlled pulses of plasma energy to the skin’s surface.
This process:
• Creates tiny micro-injuries in the epidermis
• Causes immediate skin contraction
• Stimulates fibroblast activity
• Encourages collagen and elastin regeneration
• Triggers the body’s natural repair process
As the skin heals, new tissue forms and the treated area becomes firmer and more refined.
Many clients notice:
• Immediate skin tightening
• Firmer appearance
• Smoother fine lines
• Improved skin texture
• Gradual lifting over 8–12 weeks
Collagen production continues for up to three months following treatment. In some cases, more than one session may be recommended depending on skin laxity and desired outcome.
Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation to assess suitability and skin type.
During the procedure:
• The skin is cleansed
• Numbing cream is applied for comfort
• The plasma device delivers controlled pulses to the treatment area
• Small carbon crusts form at each treatment point
The procedure is relatively quick depending on the area treated. Most clients describe the sensation as mildly to moderately uncomfortable.
Downtime is expected. You may experience:
• Redness
• Swelling (peaking around day 2–3)
• Scabbing or crusting
Facial areas typically require around 7–8 days recovery. Body areas may take 10–14 days depending on treatment intensity.
At Body Perfection Clinic, safety and precision are our priority. Plasma (Fibro) Blast is performed by trained professionals using controlled techniques to achieve maximum tightening while protecting surrounding tissue.

Following these aftercare instructions is essential to promote proper healing, reduce the risk of complications and achieve the best possible results from your Plasma Soft Surgery (Fibroblast) treatment. What to Expect Following treatment, it is normal to experience: Redness and swelling in the treated area. A sensation of warmth or mild tenderness. Small brown carbon crusts (tiny dots) where the plasma arc was applied. Tightness of the skin as healing begins. Swelling is often most noticeable during the first 24–72 hours, particularly around the eyes if this area has been treated. The carbon crusts will naturally detach as the skin heals over the following 5–10 days. Immediately After Treatment Keep the treated area clean and dry. Do not touch, rub or pick at the treated area. Apply only the aftercare products recommended by your practitioner. Avoid covering the area with make-up or skincare products unless advised it is safe to do so. Sleep with your head elevated for the first few nights if the face or eye area has been treated to help reduce swelling. First 24–48 Hours Avoid getting the treated area wet where possible. Do not apply make-up to the treated area. Avoid strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating. Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Do not expose the treated area to excessive heat. First 5–14 Days Do not pick or remove the carbon crusts. Allow them to fall away naturally, as picking may increase the risk of infection, delayed healing, pigmentation changes and scarring. Avoid exfoliating products, retinoids, acids and active skincare ingredients until the skin has completely healed. Keep the area protected from friction and unnecessary contact. Avoid swimming until the skin has fully healed. Avoid direct sun exposure and do not use sunbeds. Once the skin has healed sufficiently, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily to protect the new skin. Maintaining Your Results The skin continues to tighten and remodel as new collagen is produced over the following 8–12 weeks. To achieve the best long-term results: Protect your skin with SPF 30–50 every day. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Follow the aftercare products recommended by your practitioner. Maintain a healthy skincare routine once healing is complete. Attend any recommended review or follow-up appointments. When to Contact the Clinic Please contact Body Perfection Clinic if you experience: Severe or worsening pain. Swelling that continues to increase after the first few days. Excessive bleeding.
