Treatment is not suitable for clients with: Pregnancy or breastfeeding, cardiac pacemakers or metal implants near the treatment area, epilepsy, history of keloid scarring or abnormal wound healing, uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, active cancer or recent cancer treatment. Blood disorders or clients taking anticoagulant medication, heart disease or significant cardiovascular conditions, kidney disease, liver disease, immunosuppression or immune system disorders. Current or recent use of Roaccutane (Isotretinoin).Treatment is not suitable for clients with: Active bacterial, viral or fungal skin infections, active herpes simplex (cold sores), open wounds, cuts or abrasions, active eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis flare-ups, sunburn or recently sun-damaged skin. Treatment should be postponed if: Botox or dermal fillers have been administered recently, chemical peels, microneedling or laser treatments have recently been performed in the treatment area, the skin is irritated, inflamed or healing from another procedure.

For your Plasma Soft Surgery appointment, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area. If you are having treatment on the face, neck or eyelids, a loose top with a wide neckline or buttons is ideal to avoid rubbing the skin afterwards. Please arrive with clean skin free from makeup, fake tan, moisturisers and perfumes where possible. Avoid wearing high collars, scarves or tight clothing that may irritate the treated area following treatment. Soft, breathable fabrics are recommended, as the skin may feel warm, tight and sensitive immediately afterwards. If treatment is being performed on the body, wear loose clothing that will not rub against the area during the healing process. Your comfort and privacy are always our priority, and disposable headbands, towels and gowns are provided when required. Most clients are able to return home immediately after treatment, although loose clothing and minimal friction are advised during the healing period.

Do Not use sunbeds or sun for a month before and a month after your treatment. Please prepare your skin for treatment (we will recommend creams please ask a member of staff) We will be unable to carry out treatment if the preparation is not correct. We will need to check any medical issues and medication you are currently taking. No retinol for 3 days before the treatment.

With this treatment you can experience some discomfort however this is easily manageable with numbing cream and also the technician will keep an eye on pain levels.
