Male Waxing is a professional hair removal treatment that removes hair from the root using warm wax. It offers longer-lasting smoothness compared to shaving and, over time, can help reduce the density and thickness of regrowth.
At Body Perfection Clinic, we offer both hot wax and strip wax, selecting the most suitable method based on the treatment area, hair type and skin sensitivity.
Male waxing can remove unwanted hair from most areas of the body, including:

It is ideal for men who prefer a cleaner appearance, smoother skin, or reduced irritation from regular shaving.
Warm wax is applied to the treatment area and adheres to the hair.
• The wax grips the hair securely.
• It is removed quickly and professionally.
• The hair is lifted directly from the root.
Hot wax is often used for sensitive or intimate areas as it adheres more to the hair than the skin. Strip wax is typically used for larger areas such as the back, chest and legs for efficient removal.
Most clients experience:
• Smooth, hair-free skin
• Slower regrowth compared to shaving
• Softer hair returning over time
• Reduced shaving irritation
Results typically last between 3–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles.
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to assess skin type and hair growth.
During the treatment:
• The skin is cleansed
• The appropriate wax is applied
• Hair is removed swiftly and precisely
• A soothing product is applied to calm the skin
Treatment time varies depending on the area being treated.
Both strip wax and hot wax remove hair from the root to provide longer-lasting smoothness, but they work slightly differently and are suited to different areas of the body.
Strip wax is applied in a thin layer and removed using paper or fabric strips. It adheres to both the hair and the skin, allowing large areas to be treated quickly and efficiently.

Benefits:
Hot wax is applied directly to the skin and allowed to set before being removed without strips. It mainly grips the hair rather than the skin, making it a gentler and more comfortable option for sensitive areas.

Neither wax is better than the other — they simply serve different purposes. At Body Perfection Clinic, we select the most appropriate waxing method based on the area being treated, your hair type and your skin sensitivity to ensure the most comfortable and effective results possible. In many cases, both strip wax and hot wax may be used during the same appointment to achieve the best outcome.
