Appointments or Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required when confirming an appointment. However you may transfer the deposit to another service or product purchase. Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or re-arrange your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% of a single treatment cost being deducted from your package, or a cancellation fee being applied..

Failure to show up for an appointment is a no show and will be charged at full treatment value, unfortunately this is charged at 100% due to clinic costs, fresha fees and staff costs.   Please arrive on time for your appointment, late arrivals may result in deduction of treatment time or regretfully the appointment being cancelled and charges applied.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation requirements for your treatment, failure to follow the guidelines may result in your appointment being cancelled, and full payment will be required.  

No children under the age of 16 must be left unattended in the clinic premises, as we are not qualified or insured to take care of them. If you bring children to your appointment, unfortunately, we will have to refuse treatment and charge full value. No other persons can be present inside the Laser room when treatments are being conducted due to health and safety guidelines. If you need accompanying to an appointment due to health reasons, please inform the clinic before your appointment, so arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

Care and treatments

A patch test must be carried out before any Laser or IPL treatment can commence, this is to check that there are no adverse reactions. You must confirm your appointment for each booking, failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. All treatments must be paid for after the treatment, unfortunately we don't have credit. Any packages purchased are only refunded for medical reasons. Refunds are calculated from full list prices. All courses must be taken within 18 months of date of purchase


You must agree to follow post care treatment as advised by the operator in order to ensure the best results possible. The Laser clinic will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic loss (including with limitation loss or profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of goods and or services to the client.
