Following your Eye Revive treatment, it is important to care for the delicate skin around your eyes correctly to support healing, maximise your results and minimise the risk of irritation. It is normal to experience some temporary side effects following treatment, including: * Mild redness. * Slight swelling around the eye area. * Tenderness or sensitivity. * A feeling of warmth or tightness. * Mild dryness as the skin begins to rejuvenate. These effects are usually mild and settle within 24–72 hours. To protect your skin and support healing: * Keep the treated area clean and dry. * Apply only the skincare products recommended by your practitioner. * Avoid rubbing, scratching or touching the eye area unnecessarily. * Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water. For the first 24–48 hours: * Avoid applying makeup around the eyes for at least 24 hours, or until any redness has settled. * Avoid hot baths, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. * Avoid vigorous exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating. * Avoid swimming pools and chlorinated water. * Sleep with your head slightly elevated if you experience mild swelling. For the first 5–7 days: * Avoid using retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, vitamin C serums and exfoliating products around the treated area. * Avoid rubbing or exfoliating the skin around your eyes. * Avoid chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments or IPL on the treatment area until advised by your practitioner. * Continue using a gentle cleanser and moisturiser suitable for the delicate eye area. The skin around the eyes is particularly delicate following treatment. * Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily to the surrounding skin, taking care to avoid direct contact with the eyes. * Wear UV-protective sunglasses when outdoors. * Avoid direct sun exposure and sunbeds for at least 2 weeks after treatment. Protecting your skin from UV exposure helps reduce the risk of pigmentation changes and supports optimal healing. Eye Revive helps improve the appearance of: * Fine lines and wrinkles. * Tired, dull-looking eyes. * Dehydrated skin. * Skin texture and overall skin quality around the eye area. To maintain your results: * Attend your recommended course of treatments, as advised by your practitioner. * Follow a personalised skincare routine using products recommended for the delicate eye area. * Protect your skin daily with SPF. * Stay well hydrated and maintain a healthy lifestyle to support skin health. If you think you have developed an infection (such as increasing redness, excessive heat, pus, discharge or fever), or you feel generally unwell, please seek immediate medical advice from your GP, NHS 111 or your nearest emergency department if your symptoms are severe. Your practitioner will be happy to advise you and arrange a review appointment if required.

To ensure your Eye Revive treatment is as safe and effective as possible, please follow the advice below before your appointment. * Avoid direct sun exposure, sunbeds and self-tanning products for at least 2 weeks before your treatment. * Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily to protect the delicate skin around the eyes. * Avoid using retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, vitamin C serums and exfoliating products around the eye area for 5–7 days before treatment, unless advised otherwise by your practitioner. * Avoid chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments or IPL around the eye area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. * Arrive with clean skin, free from eye makeup, false eyelashes, lash adhesive, moisturisers and eye creams where possible. * If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before treatment or bring your glasses to wear afterwards if advised. * Stay well hydrated before your appointment by drinking plenty of water. * Inform your practitioner if you are taking or have recently taken Roaccutane (Isotretinoin), antibiotics, steroids, blood-thinning medication or photosensitising medication, as these may affect your suitability for treatment. * Please inform your practitioner of any changes to your medical history, allergies, pregnancy status, recent eye procedures or aesthetic treatments before your appointment. * If you have an eye infection, conjunctivitis, cold sore, eczema flare-up, dermatitis, sunburn, open wound or irritated skin around the treatment area, please contact the clinic as your treatment may need to be postponed. During your consultation, your practitioner will assess the eye area, discuss your concerns and treatment goals, and confirm your suitability for Eye Revive. A personalised treatment plan will then be created to help improve tired-looking eyes, fine lines, dehydration and the overall appearance of the delicate eye area safely and effectively.

A consultation is an essential part of your Eye Revive treatment and is required before your first appointment. During your consultation, your practitioner will assess the delicate eye area, discuss your concerns and determine whether Eye Revive is the most suitable treatment for you. We will review your: Skin type and current skin condition. Medical history and current medications. Previous skin and aesthetic treatments. Current skincare routine and products. Treatment goals and expectations. Your practitioner will explain how Eye Revive works, discuss the expected results, outline any potential risks and answer any questions you may have. This ensures your treatment is tailored to your individual needs and carried out safely to achieve the best possible results. For your appointment, we recommend arriving with clean skin, free from eye makeup, moisturisers or creams.

Treatment is not suitable for clients with: Active cancer or those currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, pregnancy or breastfeeding, uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, blood clotting disorders, immunosuppression, known allergies or sensitivities to treatment ingredients. Treatment is not suitable for clients with: Active eye infections, including conjunctivitis or styes, active herpes simplex (cold sores), open wounds, cuts or abrasions around the eyes, active eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis flare-ups within the treatment area, severe allergies affecting the eyes, recent eye surgery that has not fully healed, sunburn or recently tanned skin, excessively sensitive or inflamed skin around the eyes. Treatment should be postponed for clients with: Current or recent use of Roaccutane (Isotretinoin), photosensitising medications, recent steroid therapy, known sensitivities to treatment products. Treatment should be postponed if: Botox or dermal fillers have been administered within the previous 2 weeks, chemical peels, microneedling or laser treatments have recently been performed around the eye area, eyelash extensions have recently been applied and may interfere with treatment, the client is feeling unwell or has a fever, there is active inflammation or irritation within the treatment area.

For your Eye Revive appointment, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and arriving with clean skin free from makeup around the eye area where possible. A loose-fitting top with a wide neckline or buttons is ideal to ensure maximum comfort during your treatment. Please avoid wearing heavy eye makeup, false eyelashes or contact lenses if advised by your practitioner. Soft, breathable clothing is recommended, and avoiding high collars or scarves will help prevent irritation around the treated area afterwards. Most clients are able to return to normal activities immediately following treatment, although the skin around the eyes may feel slightly cool, refreshed or mildly sensitive depending on the treatment performed. Your comfort and privacy are always our priority, and disposable headbands, towels and gowns are provided when required to help you relax and enjoy your treatment.
