The treatment is gentle, cost-effective and requires no downtime, allowing you to return to normal activities immediately.
Please note: IPL may not be suitable for some darker skin tones due to higher melanin levels. Suitability is always assessed during consultation.

A consultation is an essential part of your IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatment and is required before your first appointment. During your consultation, your practitioner will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and determine whether IPL Skin Rejuvenation is the most suitable treatment for your skin type and condition. We will review your: Skin type and skin tone. Medical history and current medications. Previous laser or aesthetic treatments. Current skincare routine and active ingredients. Your skin concerns, such as sun damage, redness, fine lines, uneven skin tone or pigmentation. Treatment goals and expectations. Your practitioner will explain how IPL Skin Rejuvenation works, discuss the expected results, outline any potential risks and answer any questions you may have. This ensures the treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your individual skin. A patch test is mandatory before your first IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatment. Patch Test – £25 The £25 patch test fee is not deducted from the cost of your treatment. Patch tests performed at other clinics are not accepted. Every client must have their patch test carried out by Body Perfection Clinic to ensure the treatment settings are safe and suitable for their skin. During your consultation, your skin will be thoroughly assessed, and photographs may be taken (with your consent) to monitor your progress throughout your treatment course. For your appointment, we recommend arriving with clean skin, free from make-up, fake tan, moisturisers and other skincare products where possible. You should also avoid excessive sun exposure before treatment, as recently tanned skin may not be suitable for IPL treatment. Every client is different, which is why we create a personalised treatment plan based on your skin type, concerns and desired results. Whether you're looking to improve sun damage, age spots, redness, thread veins, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores or the early signs of ageing, your IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatment will be tailored to help you achieve a clearer, brighter and healthier-looking complexion safely and effectively.
