Radio Frequency is an advanced aesthetic treatment that delivers controlled energy into the deeper layers of the skin.
Using bipolar or tripolar currents, RF gently heats the dermal tissue while keeping the skin’s surface protected with a cooling gel. This controlled heat stimulates the body’s natural repair response, encouraging collagen and elastin regeneration.
Over time, this process strengthens the skin structure, improving firmness, texture and contour.
Radio Frequency can improve:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Mild to moderate skin laxity
• Loss of firmness
• Enlarged pores
• Early signs of ageing
• Loose skin on the face and neck
Commonly treated areas include the forehead, cheeks, jawline, neck and around the eyes.
RF devices deliver controlled energy into the deeper skin layers.
This process:
• Gently heats dermal tissue
• Causes immediate collagen contraction
• Stimulates new collagen production
• Thickens the dermal layer over time
• Improves skin tightness and contour
The heat triggers a focused wound-healing response that can continue for up to 3–4 months, during which new collagen forms and strengthens the skin.
Unlike surgical procedures, RF does not require incisions or anaesthetic.
Most clients notice:
• Gradual skin tightening
• Improved firmness
• Smoother texture
• Softer fine lines
• More defined contours
Results continue to improve over several months as collagen production increases.
Multiple sessions are typically recommended for optimal results, and maintenance treatments may be required to sustain improvements.
Your treatment begins with a consultation to assess your skin and suitability.
During the procedure:
• The skin is cleansed
• A cooling gel is applied
• The RF device is moved across the treatment area
• Controlled heat energy is delivered into the skin
Most clients experience a warm sensation during treatment, which is generally well tolerated.
There is minimal downtime. Mild redness or warmth may occur but typically settles quickly.
At Body Perfection Clinic, we use advanced RF technology delivered by trained professionals to ensure safe, controlled and effective results.
Every treatment is tailored to your skin condition and goals. Our focus is gradual, natural-looking tightening that enhances your features while maintaining healthy skin integrity.

Following treatment, it is normal to experience: Mild redness or warmth in the treated area, slight tenderness or sensitivity, temporary swelling in some clients, a mild tingling sensation as the skin settles. These reactions are temporary and usually resolve within a few hours, although mild tenderness may occasionally last for 24–48 hours. Immediately after treatment: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well hydrated, apply 100% Aloe Vera Gel if the treated area feels warm or sensitive. Wear loose, comfortable clothing if you have received a body treatment, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher to treated areas exposed to daylight. For the first 24–48 hours: Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and other heat treatments, avoid excessive sun exposure and sunbeds, avoid vigorous exercise if the treated area feels tender, avoid applying heavily perfumed products or products that may irritate the skin, do not massage the treated area unless advised by your practitioner. To help maintain and enhance your results: Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water, maintain a healthy, balanced diet, protect your skin with a daily SPF 30 or higher, follow any personalised skincare advice provided by your practitioner, attend your recommended course of treatments and maintenance sessions for optimal long-term skin tightening. Please contact **Body Perfection Clinic** if you experience: Increasing pain or discomfort, excessive redness or swelling lasting longer than 72 hours, blistering or skin damage, signs of infection, including increasing redness, heat or discharge, any unexpected or concerning reaction following your treatment. Your practitioner will be happy to advise you and arrange a review appointment if required.
